Shipping.

Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. In some cases shipping can take a little longer due logistical issues.

After the order is shipped you will received a tracking number with a tracking link. 

Actual delivery will depend on the shipping and delivery company.  mariposatango.com is not responsible for the actual delivery time.

Arrives in 3–5 business days.

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address.

Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

Mariposatango.com ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is noon EST.

Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.

For returns

You have 14 days to return any merchandise, you need to first contact via phone or email (admin@mariposatango.com) to arrange for the return address and instructions.

If you want to return the item(s) you have to pay the shipping cost.
